A month-long experience exchange program for 12 directors of regional branches has successfully concluded at the head office of IT Park Uzbekistan in Tashkent. This initiative was designed to enhance participants’ professional competencies, strengthen inter-branch collaboration, and foster a unified corporate culture.

Branch directors were actively involved in the operations of key departments such as Member Support, IT Services Export, Startup and Venture Development, Local IT Services Promotion, and the Soft-Landing Program. This direct exposure allowed participants to gain firsthand insights into internal processes and to exchange expertise with specialized teams.

At the conclusion of the program, participants presented a series of proposals aimed at enhancing cooperation between regional branches and the head office. They also outlined strategies to implement the newly acquired knowledge and best practices within their respective regions.
