VOXYS Explores Opportunities to Expand Operations Globally

The potential expansion of VOXYS into Uzbekistan would represent another step in the country’s development as a regional hub for BPO and ITO service exports. Supported by a young talent pool, competitive operating costs, and government incentives for export-oriented companies, Uzbekistan continues to attract international businesses looking to establish service delivery centers for global markets.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the possibility of establishing the company’s operational presence in Uzbekistan and explored the country’s potential as a regional delivery hub serving clients across Central Asia, the CIS, the Middle East, and other international markets.

Particular attention was given to Uzbekistan’s competitive advantages for international BPO companies. Representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan highlighted the country’s young and multilingual workforce, well-developed digital and office infrastructure across the country, as well as the strong potential of the regions, which offer even more favorable conditions for implementing and scaling export-oriented projects.

The parties also reviewed the advantages of obtaining IT Park Uzbekistan residency, including tax and operational incentives, investor support mechanisms, and tools designed to facilitate the launch of export-oriented businesses. In addition, they discussed opportunities for pilot projects and potential cooperation with local partners.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue discussions, explore potential formats for cooperation, and define the next steps toward the possible localization of VOXYS's operations in Uzbekistan.
