IT Park Uzbekistan and Dealroom initiate cooperation to promote the national startup ecosystem on the global stage

Abdulakhad Kuchkarov, CEO of IT Park Uzbekistan, held a meeting with Yoram Wijngaarde, Founder and CEO of Dealroom. The parties discussed prospects for collaboration, including the launch of a customized platform dedicated to Uzbekistan’s startup ecosystem, developed on the Dealroom infrastructure, and its integration with the local StartupBase platform.

Dealroom.co is a global platform specializing in the collection and analysis of data on startups, technology companies, and investment ecosystems. Established in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, the company partners with more than 120 governmental and industry organizations worldwide. The platform offers access to a comprehensive database in SaaS format, API integrations, and advanced analytical products for investors, corporations, and public institutions.

Representatives of Dealroom emphasized that Uzbekistan’s young population and the rapid expansion of its ICT sector constitute significant competitive advantages. During the meeting, the parties discussed potential joint initiatives, including the expansion of data collection and analysis on startups, IT services, and foreign companies, the preparation of tailored analytics for international investors, and the exchange of expertise to support entry into new markets.

As part of ICT Week Uzbekistan 2025 and the Startup & Venture Summit, Yoram Wijngaarde, Co-Founder and CEO of Dealroom.co, formally announced the launch of a new portal dedicated to Uzbekistan’s startup ecosystem — uzbekistan.dealroom.com. This resource will serve as a specialized platform aggregating data on startups and venture capital activity in Uzbekistan.

The platform will contain information on startups, investment transactions, accelerators, venture capital funds, as well as key market participants — from entrepreneurs and business angels to major corporations. The new tool is intended to increase market transparency, facilitate access to information for investors and partners, and highlight the dynamic growth of Uzbekistan’s technology ecosystem on the global stage.

The partnership between IT Park Uzbekistan and Dealroom will strengthen the international visibility of the national startup ecosystem, provide strategic analytical tools to attract investment, and create expanded opportunities for Uzbek companies to enter global markets.
