During a visit to Armenia, the delegation of IT Park Uzbekistan conducted a series of meetings with representatives from leading IT companies and consulting firms, continuing discussions on potential collaborations and the integration of digital solutions within Uzbekistan.

One such meeting took place with Tigran Jrbashyan, Partner at Ameria Advisory. Established in 1998, Ameria is one of Armenia’s foremost consulting agencies, providing advisory and management services to both public and private sector clients. Discussions focused on attracting foreign investment to Uzbekistan and sharing expertise across key sectors, including information technology, renewable energy, high-tech industries, and telecommunications. Ameria expressed its commitment to fostering bilateral economic relations and supporting the implementation of cutting-edge innovations.

A key highlight of the delegation’s visit was a meeting with Artem Khozyainov, Vice President of Operations at Quantori. The delegation from IT Park Uzbekistan explored the potential for Quantori to expand its presence in Central Asia.

Additionally, the delegation held discussions with Picsart, a company renowned for its suite of online applications for photo and video editing. With over one billion downloads across 180 countries, Picsart shared its technological insights and explored opportunities to expand its creative community and enter new markets via Uzbekistan.

The visit concluded with negotiations with DataArt, a global leader in software development and IT services, which operates across industries such as finance, healthcare, media, and telecommunications. Discussions centered on the possibility of establishing a DataArt office in Uzbekistan and further expanding its operations into new regional markets.

These meetings mark a significant step towards reinforcing international cooperation and unlocking new opportunities for Uzbekistan’s burgeoning IT sector. The companies demonstrated strong interest in utilizing Uzbekistan as a gateway to regional markets, with discussions focusing on the establishment of local offices and branches. The benefits of IT Park Uzbekistan’s membership program, including tax incentives and government support, make the country an attractive destination for expanding operations and strengthening positions in international markets.
