"Vatandoshlar" Diaspora Connects in Seoul for IT Dialogue

 

In a significant gathering that marks a pivotal moment for Uzbek expatriates involved in the global tech industry, the "Vatandoshlar" platform recently organized a meeting in Seoul, South Korea. This event brought together more than 40 Uzbek nationals studying at Korean technology universities or working at major international corporations, along with representatives from Uzbekistan's Ministry of Digital Technologies and IT Park.

 

"Vatandoshlar" which means "Compatriots," is a dedicated platform facilitating regular meetups of the Uzbek diaspora residing in various countries. The initiative aims to harness the vast pool of expertise and experience within the Uzbek community abroad to foster development and innovation back home. The recent meeting in Seoul is a testament to these efforts, focusing on creating synergy between Uzbek professionals worldwide and the technological advancements occurring within Uzbekistan.
