The discussions focused on supporting European companies entering the Uzbek market, developing IT outsourcing, digital education, logistics, and AI-powered solutions. International partners were also introduced to Uzbekistan’s skilled talent pool and the conditions available for establishing and operating technology businesses in the country.

European Companies Explore Opportunities in Uzbekistan

During the visit, IT Park Uzbekistan held discussions with Airvolt, Helix Logistics, Ascendia, DB Cargo Romania, and Dvloper.io, representing various segments of the technology industry.

Company representatives shared plans to visit Uzbekistan to further explore the local market and meet potential business partners.

Discussions with Helix Logistics, a group of companies operating in logistics, finance, the automotive industry, and electric mobility, focused on international business expansion and opportunities to enter new markets.

Digital education was another important area of discussion. During a meeting with Ascendia, a Romanian EdTech company with more than 19 years of experience, the parties explored its potential entry into the Uzbek market. Ascendia develops digital learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and interactive educational content. Company representatives expressed interest in further exploring Uzbekistan’s IT ecosystem and identifying potential business partners.

A meeting with Dvloper.io, which specializes in enterprise software, cloud technologies, DevOps, artificial intelligence, and platform engineering, focused on Uzbekistan’s talent potential. The company expressed interest in engaging qualified Uzbek IT professionals to support the implementation of its projects.

New Opportunities for the Startup Ecosystem

IT Park Uzbekistan representatives met with Cardneto, Genroks, HyperBUNKER, cyber_Folks, and Naratix to discuss potential engagement with Uzbekistan’s IT ecosystem and opportunities to establish direct business connections.

Additional meetings were held with Innovation Labs, a Romanian program supporting early-stage startups, and AiSafe, a company developing AI-powered solutions for code analysis, auditing, and vulnerability detection.

Another area of discussion was supporting Uzbek startups in entering the US market. In particular, IT Park Uzbekistan met with Tukel Accounting, which provides business registration, accounting, and legal support services, to explore opportunities to assist local entrepreneurs in scaling internationally. The parties agreed to continue discussions.

The visit also included a meeting with a representative of a company that is a member of Moldova Innovation Technology Park (MITP). The participants exchanged experiences in developing IT ecosystems and supporting technology businesses.

Key Outcomes of the Business Visit

As a result of the meetings, several international companies expressed interest in exploring the Uzbek market, engaging local IT professionals, and identifying potential partners. Possible next steps include business visits, follow-up discussions, and further exploration of opportunities for joint projects.

Participation in How to Web Conference 2026 enabled IT Park Uzbekistan to showcase the capabilities of Uzbekistan’s IT industry to the international technology community, establish new business connections, and identify promising areas for cooperation with European companies.

These new connections create additional opportunities to attract international technology companies to Uzbekistan, expand IT service exports, and support Uzbek professionals and startups in accessing global markets.
