    IT Park Uzbekistan Presented the Country’s IT Ecosystem at the PLUS Forum

    The PLUS Forum “Digital Uzbekistan 2025”, one of the most prominent events in the region dedicated to the digital transformation of the financial sector, public services, and the IT industry, concluded in Tashkent. During the forum, Sevara Khidoyatova, a representative of IT Park Uzbekistan, presented the capabilities and strategic advantages of the technopark's ecosystem.

     

     

    The Digital Uzbekistan PLUS Forum focused on key topics related to digitalization and the integration of government institutions, the financial sector, retail, telecommunications, and information technologies. Its strategic objectives included accelerating Uzbekistan’s economic modernization, fostering international cooperation, and promoting the development of large-scale, forward-looking initiatives. The event brought together more than 2,600 participants from 40 countries, including representatives from banks, fintech companies, IT clusters, investors, and regulatory bodies.  

     

    In her address, Sevara Khidoyatova delivered a presentation highlighting the IT Park ecosystem, its contribution to the advancement of Uzbekistan’s digital economy, and its strategic initiatives within the framework of the national strategy “Digital Uzbekistan – 2030”.

     

     

    She outlined the key achievements of IT Park Uzbekistan in recent years, underscoring the notable growth of member companies had exceeded 2,800 as of 2025. She also emphasized the development of a robust infrastructure, including 14 regional branches across the country.

     

    Special emphasis was placed on the implementation of a successful export hub model, which provides member companies with a broad range of tax and administrative incentives applicable to both IT and broader digital services.

     

    IT Park Uzbekistan’s participation in the PLUS Forum 2025 reaffirmed the country’s commitment to open dialogue, international cooperation, and comprehensive digital transformation. Showcasing IT Park’s experience and capabilities on a high-level international platform contributes to expanding global partnerships, enhancing Uzbekistan’s investment appeal, and promoting domestic IT companies at the global level.

    GBSF 2025 outcomes: Uzbekistan strengthens its status as an IT hub

    Tashkent hosted the Global Business Services Forum 2025 (GBSF 2025), one of the most prominent events of the year in the field of IT outsourcing and digital services. Organized by IT Park Uzbekistan with the support of the Ministry of Digital Technologies, the event convened approximately 450 participants representing 260 companies, including 237 international companies from 40 countries. Among the attendees were representatives of multinational corporations, startups, government agencies, and venture capital funds.
