HelpResource Inc. Explores Partnership Opportunities in Uzbekistan

As part of the official visit of the Uzbek delegation to the United States, Abdulakhad Kuchkarov, CEO of IT Park Uzbekistan, held a meeting with Ilya Prusenko, CEO of HelpResource Inc. — a leading provider of recruitment and outsourcing solutions for the U.S. and European markets.

HelpResource Inc. specializes in international talent acquisition, multilingual customer support, and the development of nearshore solutions with a particular focus on Uzbekistan. In 2024, the company opened an office in Uzbekistan and is currently expanding its local team. In addition to its presence in Uzbekistan, HelpResource Inc. is also successfully operating in the UAE, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan.  

During the meeting, Ilya Prusenko reaffirmed the company’s intention to obtain IT Park member status, highlighting Uzbekistan’s substantial potential for business growth. In the near future, HelpResource Inc. plans to scale its operations in Uzbekistan with a focus on bilingual talent, conducting a site visit to Uzbekistan, and participating in upcoming initiatives led by IT Park Uzbekistan.   

Abdulakhad Kuchkarov extended an official invitation to HelpResource Inc. to participate in the Uzbekistan Outsourcing Conference, scheduled to take place in New York on April 29, 2025.
