IT Park Uzbekistan hereby announces an open call for proposals from qualified outsourcing companies based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to provide comprehensive accounting, financial management, documentation, labor relations, and visa support services for the IT Park KSA office.
Application Period: February 18 – February 28
We invite experienced and licensed companies operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to submit their applications in accordance with the requirements outlined below.
The selected outsourcing company shall:
Prepare regular financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) in accordance with the legislation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and ensure timely submission to the KSA Tax Office and other legally designated authorities.
Prepare and provide financial documents and reports in English, in the prescribed format, for submission to IT Park Uzbekistan Headquarters, in line with the requirements of the head office.
Upon request of authorized representatives of IT Park, prepare all necessary documentation required for the proper execution of local and international payments within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and process such payments accordingly.
Ensure the timely payment of office rent, employee salaries, and all other contractual or operational payments in full compliance with applicable KSA legislation.
Ensure the accurate calculation, declaration, and timely payment of all applicable taxes in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The selected company shall:
Prepare employment contract templates for both Saudi nationals and non-Saudi employees and ensure that such contracts are duly registered on relevant governmental platforms in compliance with KSA labor legislation.
Carry out all required documentation and procedural steps related to the lawful termination of employment for Saudi and non-Saudi employees in accordance with KSA labor laws and regulations.
Prepare, formalize, and process all documentation related to the conclusion, amendment, and termination of office lease agreements.
Prepare and submit official response letters to requests, notices, and instructions addressed to the IT Park KSA office by the KSA Tax Authority and other authorized governmental or regulatory bodies, in coordination with authorized IT Park personnel.
The selected outsourcing partner shall also provide comprehensive visa support services, including but not limited to:
Assistance with obtaining and renewing work visas, residency permits (Iqama), and related immigration documentation for foreign employees.
Coordination with relevant governmental authorities for visa issuance, status changes, and compliance matters.
Monitoring visa validity and ensuring timely renewals in accordance with KSA immigration regulations.
Providing advisory support on applicable visa and immigration procedures within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
IT Park Uzbekistan seeks a reliable and experienced partner with proven expertise in financial management, labor law compliance, governmental reporting, and immigration procedures within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
