TruckTech Day conference focused on AI solutions held in Tashkent

On February 14, the TruckTech Day conference was held at the conference hall of the Ministry of Digital Technologies, focusing on the application of artificial intelligence in freight transportation and logistics. The event brought together 438 participants and representatives of 312 companies.

International participation was a key highlight of the conference — around 42 foreign logistics companies took part. Among them were businesses from Eastern Europe, including Serbia and Moldova. Representatives of Eastern European companies emphasized their growing interest in Uzbekistan not only as a promising market for cooperation, but also as a potential location for opening operational offices and expanding their regional presence.

The business program showcased real-life cases of AI implementation across all key stages of freight transportation. Speakers presented new AI-driven products for the trucking industry, shared market analytics, and provided practical insights on integrating digital tools into fleet management, dispatching, and operational processes.

Special attention was given to the tangible impact of AI adoption — including cost reduction, improved transportation planning accuracy, risk minimization, and increased transparency in logistics operations. Financial support mechanisms and the Zero Risk concept aimed at reducing barriers to innovation in the transport sector were also presented.

During the panel discussion titled “Scaling Trucking Businesses: People, Processes, and AI”, moderated by Ikboljon Isakov, participants discussed key issues related to scaling transport companies, transforming business processes under the influence of AI, and entering international markets.

Among the international participants were Wersirius, AAM Network, and RouteMate (Serbia), RouteOne ELD (Moldova), as well as Loadex AI and Globe Transportation (Kyrgyzstan). Alongside them, innovative local solutions were showcased by DataTruck and Fleetmule, highlighting the expanding geography of cooperation and the growing interest of international businesses in Uzbekistan’s logistics and technology market.

It was also noted that Uzbekistan’s logistics ecosystem is actively developing. Today, more than 500 companies are residents of the technology park and operate in logistics and related sectors, forming a strong infrastructure and innovation base for international partners.

Conference participants had the opportunity to directly discuss the implementation of technological solutions, ask questions to developers and business representatives, and establish new professional connections.

TruckTech Day became part of ongoing efforts to develop the technology ecosystem and strengthen international cooperation in logistics and AI. The conference demonstrated increasing interest from foreign companies in the Uzbek market and reinforced Uzbekistan’s position as a growing platform for dialogue on technological and transportation innovation.
