Euroanswer Expands into Uzbekistan, Strengthening its Global BPO Presence

IT Park Uzbekistan has officially welcomed Euroanswer, a leading UK-Romanian business process outsourcing (BPO) provider, as the company announces the expansion of its operations into Uzbekistan. This partnership was marked by a formal meeting between Jahongir Kagirov, Head of the Export Department at IT Park, and Marian Raianu, Founder and CEO of Euroanswer.

With over 20 years of experience across European markets, Euroanswer brings a strong reputation for delivering high-value multilingual customer support, technical assistance, customer experience, and staffing solutions. The company operates three service centers in Romania and North Macedonia and serves clients in over 40 countries in more than 20 languages.

Driven by its motto “Deliver globally. Talk locally.”, Euroanswer focuses on excellence in service quality, deep cultural understanding, and meaningful value creation for its clients combining the operational standards of Western Europe with the empathy and professionalism of dedicated local teams.

The company's entry into Uzbekistan follows the successful rollout of a pilot project in which local professionals fluent in German, English, and French are already supporting clients in Germany and France. This success story positions Uzbekistan as a promising growth market in Euroanswer’s global strategy.

“Uzbekistan offers a unique blend of talent, openness, and strategic potential,” said Marian Raianu, CEO of Euroanswer. “We are impressed by the level of professionalism we’ve encountered and are committed to growing our team here to 20 employees by the end of the year, as we continue to invest in long-term, sustainable operations.”

IT Park Uzbekistan has expressed its full support for Euroanswer’s localization process, providing infrastructure access, regulatory guidance, and investment facilitation through its dedicated programs for international companies.

Euroanswer’s decision to invest in Uzbekistan underscores the country’s rising profile as a destination for high-quality, export-driven IT and BPO services. IT Park remains committed to fostering an environment where global players can thrive and contribute to the development of a vibrant digital economy.
